Early prototype screenshots

I've been working on this game for a couple of weeks now and think there may be a couple of good ideas hidden somewhere within it. I have an experimental prototype that I am working with to try and get the game mechanics right but all very rough at present.

I'm building up some back-story elements and a narrative, but very early days so far.
